Ice Wine & Truffle Oil Dressing

Ingredients:

• 1 tbs. Kozlik's ice wine vinegar
• 1 tsp. champagne vinegar
• 1 tbs. truffle oil
• 2 tbs. sunflower oil
• 1 tsp. demerrara sugar
• 1 tsp. coarse sea salt
• 1 tsp. crushed pink peppercorns

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend well using a wire whisk. Allow to rest for 30 minutes, mix again, and serve with salad.
